Steps To Make Your Own Coffee Enema

Next, get a pack of organic coffee that is not decaffeinated, a pot to boil the coffee, a jug that could contain more than 1.5 litres of liquid and purified or filtered water.
Mix 2 teaspoon of coffee powder into the pot with some water, boil it for 10 minutes. After boiling for 10 minutes, strain the coffee with a fine strainer into a jug and mix with some cool water until the coffee reaches 1.5 litres. Use your hand to make sure the temperature of the coffee is the same as the temperature of your body by touching the coffee. Pour all the coffee into a reusable enema kit and hang it at a door knob or something that has similar height in the toilet.
Release some coffee from the tube to make sure the tube doesnt contain any air. Insert 2 or 3 inches of the tube into your anus. Lie down on the floor with your right side of your body facing the floor. You can lay a mat on the floor and lie on it too. Start releasing the coffee and hold it for 10 minutes and release it into the toilet bowl.
For the first few times, your body might not even be able to hold the half bag of coffee. Thats very normal, just release it first and dont force yourself. Put some olive oil at the end of the tube again and continue your coffee enemas with the rest of the coffee. When you enter all the coffee that is in the bag, youll realize that coffee is not the only thing you release into the toilet bowl. You might see liquid stools that are black or dark in color with very horrible smells. Sometimes, you are able to even see worm shape parasites.
